This term of services are made as an agreement between the customer and the designer.

Terms Of Service

  • Payment must be made in advance (either down payment or full payment).

  • Down payment is 60% of the product price.

  • no refund if canceling an order that has been worked on more than 30%

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel the project if the project is beyond my capability.

  • Payment can be made with Paypal (for overseas), Dana, Gopay, Seabank, Qris, & bank lokal (For domestic)

  • or for overseas customers can order through Vgen

Ketentuan Layanan

  • Pembayaran harus dilakukan di muka (baik uang muka atau pembayaran penuh).

  • Uang muka sebesar 60% dari harga produk.

  • tidak ada pengembalian dana jika membatalkan pesanan yang sudah dikerjakan lebih dari 30%.

  • Saya berhak menolak atau membatalkan proyek jika proyek tersebut di luar kemampuan saya.

  • Pembayaran dapat dilakukan dengan Paypal (untuk luar negeri), Dana, Gopay, Seabank, Qris, & bank lokal (Untuk dalam negeri)

  • atau untuk pelanggan luar negeri dapat memesan melalui Vgen
